DESCRIPTION

Free the historical data who was allocated using FD_HistoryAlloc.

RETURN VALUE

FD_SUCCESS	Operation is successful
FD_ALLOC_ERR	Cannot free memory, or memory corruption detected
FD_UNKNOWN_ERR	Operation failed for unknown reason
